Register the Service

  • find the serial number from service tag.
  • Inquiry the products serial number from our web, fill and submit the purchasing information.
  • send us the purchasing information to email service.growant@gmail.com. service supporter will verify and authen the warranty.
  • or just send purchasing information to email service.growant@gmail.com. service supporter will fill the form and anthen the warranty for you.
  • after anthen, you can inquiry from web to know your products warranty information. 

 

Found your products malfunction within warranty

  • contact the service via service.growant@gmail.com.
  • send service tag and tell service man the detail information of the malfunction to help him identify the causes.
  • service man will send you the parts to replace in 24 hours after the causes are identified. this is fatest service way to fix the products in 2-4 bussiness days.
  • service man will send you the return label to send the product back to factory if you can not help service man to identify the causes.
  • factory will repair your return products in 24 hours after receiving.
  • service man will send you the repaired products in 24 hours back to you. this usually  cost 2-4 weeks.

 

 

Found your products malfunction out of warranty or out of the warranty terms.

  • contact the service via service.growant@gmail.com.
  • negotiate with service man about the cost of repairing.
  • after negotiation, service man will assit you process the service.
